How to find these Negative Beliefs?
Energy testing is used to find the appropriate beliefs that need to be exchanged. It is called Energy testing, and not muscle testing or kinesiology, even though it is similar, as it is only used to identify beliefs. It is very simple to use energy testing, and anyone can do this kind of testing. It may take a minute or two to find the right pressure, and to make sure that the client is hydrated. Dehydration will affect this test negatively, but this can be remedied by drinking a large glass of water.
I have done the basic TASK Kinesiology course, and can use some different Kinesiological tools for releasing stress, or working on fears and phobias.
