"In February 2011, I had the pleasure of experiencing a Theta healing session from Louisa. We sat under a tree in a beautiful garden and simply spoke. I'm not sure what happened, but something certainly did. Although I was unsure at first, with regards to what to expect, I was wonderfully surprised to discover that the process was supportive and entirely comfortable. After discussing some core beliefs, we set to work on removing any obstacles I may have instilled upon myself, lifting barrier after barrier within both my heart and my mind.
We worked specifically on my life long snake phobia, something that had kept me in the depths of fear and had prevented me from living my life with a sense of security and purpose. I can't explain exactly how it happened, but at some point I realized where my fear was originating from inside myself. Louisa helped me to see that, and removed any negative feelings I was experiencing as a result. I left with a new sense of awe and wonder, for the world, and myself.
I was on such a high in fact, that it took me several days to come back down to earth, into the nitty gritty of life. But even then, I was able to approach my day to day life with a new sense of empowerment and positivity. This this feeling is still with me, four months later, and I now see the obstacles in my life as challenges to rise up to. I have a sense a bravery now, I certainly did not before, and I am able to grasp my life, and work with it, in a way I had never experienced.
As for my phobia? Well, I started off small after seeing Louisa. I began to look at pictures of snakes, something I was unable to do for many years. I was surprised my my initial reaction. I did not have my standard reaction. There was no nausea, dizziness, shaking or heart palpitations. Just a sense of calm, of safe and most surprisingly of all, a sense of real empathy and reverence towards the snake. From pictures I moved on to video footage, and I'm totally comfortable watching snakes in all their beauty on a screen. I have not had to see or touch a snake in real life yet, but I am able to go walking in the bush and on the mountainside, where there are many snakes, and not feel afraid or nervous. I am finally able to enjoy the beauty of nature the way God intended, and I have Louisa to thank for that.
I can recommend Louisa to anyone who feels they are in need of healing or guidance. She has impacted my life in an amazing way and I continue to reap the benefits of her help on a daily basis. There is no doubt in my mind that she can do the same for anyone who is open and willing to receive her gift."
